If you see the design on the full mug, it is a wraparound. If you see white on the non-handle side, the design is NOT a full wraparound design. If there is a problem with shipping, the claim will need to go through the shipping carrier, as the product is out of our hands after shipping. We are not responsible for shipping or holiday delays.
If there is an error on our part, the item will need to be returned to us to be inspected for future quality control. Prior authorization is required. A return shipping label will be sent upon approval and item must be packaged in comparable packaging to which it was received. Only returns requested within 24 hours of receiving your order will be accepted.
📌Do you need a large order? Single print or multiple styles, we can make 1 to 100+ for your hobby or growing small business, wedding, anniversary, or any other party. Larger orders may be packaged differently than small orders. We will package the orders for the safest transportation of the product to prevent damage. Larger orders may require a longer time frame. Please contact before ordering for estimated time on large orders.
