If there is a problem with shipping, the claim will need to go through the shipping carrier, as the product is out of our hands after shipping. We are not responsible for shipping or holiday delays.

A return shipping label will be sent upon approval and item must be packaged in comparable packaging to which it was received. Only returns requested within 24 hours of receiving your order will be accepted.
