The design on the mug is not edge to edge coverage- See Example photo for the area left white behind the handle. The product shown in the example photo is solely for description purposes only. It is NOT the item for sale.

The design layout on the mug may be in 1 of 2 ways. The design may be on both sides separately with space between them, or in a wraparound design. If you see the design on the full mug, it is a wraparound. If you see white on the non-handle side, the design is NOT a full wraparound design. If you are unsure as to an individual mug design, please contact us.

DO NOT DROP! We inspect all mugs before being sent out for top quality!

Due to computer monitor settings and screen resolutions the colors used on the mugs may vary slightly from actual products. All mugs are handmade and will be unique and may have minor imperfections.

Free Shipping is offered on select products on orders over $35.00 in the USA Only. Our default shipping is USPS. Business days for shipping are Monday-Friday. 📦🚛 

✨If there is an issue with your mug upon receiving it, please contact us ASAP to determine the best course of action to solve the issue. We want you to start enjoying your mugs ASAP! 😀  

If there is a problem with shipping, the claim will need to go through the shipping carrier, as the product is out of our hands after shipping. We are not responsible for shipping or holiday delays. 

If there is an error on our part, the item will need to be returned to us to be inspected for future quality control. Prior authorization is required. A return shipping label will be sent upon approval and item must be packaged in comparable packaging to which it was received. Only returns requested within 24 hours of receiving your order will be accepted. 

📌Do you need a large order? Single print or multiple styles, we can make 1 to 100+ for your hobby or growing small business, wedding, anniversary, or any other party. Larger orders may be packaged differently than small orders. We will package the orders for the safest transportation of the product to prevent damage. Larger orders may require a longer time frame. Please contact before ordering for estimated time on large orders.
